Personal Care Visits
We recognise that this can be a sensitive issue for many of our clients. All our carers treat these duties with the utmost of respect, dignity and privacy. Examples of personal care include getting up, toileting, bathing, washing and dressing, incontinence care and assistance with getting into bed.
Palliative care
Our carers go through specialised training by St Catherine’s Hospice to enable them to help care for people with palliative illnesses. We are here to support not only the client but also their family members during this trying time.
Dementia Care
This is a challenging condition that effects thousands of people throughout the UK. Our staff are specially trained to deal with Dementia in its many forms and can help with dealing with the many challenges it entails.
Respite care
This provides short-term temporary relief for primary carers. There are a number of options available within this package. We’re happy to discuss these with you to find the one that best suits your needs.
Overnight Care
Sleepovers
This service runs between 10pm-7am and is designed to give the client the confidence to stay in their own home. The carer will sleep in a spare room during this designated period. The carer can be woken twice during the night, if they are woken more often then the night will be classed as a wakeover.
Wakeovers
This service normally covers a 9-hour period, usually 10pm – 7am. The carer will be awake and on call for the entire time and be able to attend to you during this period. This service is priced per hour.

Cooking meals
We understand the importance of a healthy, balanced diet. All our carers are all trained in food hygiene and are happy to prepare meals or cook from scratch.
Overseeing medication
We carry out a medication assessment which is agreed and signed off with all involved parties. We are then able to prompt and administer medication and renew and collect prescriptions.
Laundry duties
Whether it’s washing, drying or ironing, we’re happy to help. This service is only available to those that have the correct facilities on site.
Shopping duties
Wherever or whenever! The frequency and destinations are decided by you.
Companionship and social activities
This is a great way to help combat loneliness or isolation. Whether it’s a cup of tea and a chat or getting involved in local activities, we’re here to help.
24/7 care
This is a tiered package for those who have complex care needs or just need a bit of confidence and reassurance to stay in the comfort of their own home. This is specifically tailored to the client’s needs and is priced accordingly.
Pickups and drop offs
We can help you get to those all-important appointments and help tackle daily chores.
Light cleaning
Domestic service to help keep your home in tip-top condition. This includes hoovering, dusting and cleaning of hygiene areas.
